Dear Authors,
The Journal of Law and Sustainable Development, indexed journal in SCOPUS and Q2 Scimago, serves as a dynamic forum for understanding and advancing the scientific consensus in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities. Also, the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development are considered by the journal. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are specific research areas that are helping solve real-world problems. They are part of a plan to end poverty, protect the planet, and improve the lives and prospects of everyone by 2030. The 15-year plan has 17 goals with 169 targets aimed at stimulating action in areas of critical importance to humanity and the environment.
Area of knowledge: Multidisciplinary
We invite original research articles, reviews, case studies, and theoretical papers on (but not limited to) the following topics:
Comparative law, International law, Human rights and law, Policy and theory of law, Policy and theory of law, Policy and theory of law, Environmental law, Education law, Social business, Social entrepreneurship, Green bonds, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Socially Responsible Investing (SRI), Impact investing; impact evaluation, crowd funding, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); venture capital, business angels; information technology service (ITS); sustainable consumption and production; low carbon energy; climate change.
