All the metadata have been provided by Scopus /Elsevier in their last update sent to SCImago, including the Coverage's period data. The SJR for 2021 was released on 11 May 2022. We have sent a manuscript for a research article, and it was accepted for publishing at this journal by the editorial team members. We paid the publication fees of 450 US $ more than 2 weeks ago , however, it seems that we have trouble in contacting them and we did not receive the acceptance letter till now !! Is this journal a scammer ??
