We would like to share an important update regarding your Scopus Author Profile. Many researchers are not aware that some of their publications may be missing or listed under the wrong name in Scopus. This affects how your work is seen by others, including universities, journals, and funding agencies.
Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you add missing papers or correct any errors in your profile:
Step 1: Open the Scopus Author Feedback Wizard
Visit this link: https://www.scopus.com/
This is the official tool to suggest corrections to your profile.
Step 2: Search for Your Profile
Enter your full name or affiliation to find your author profile(s).
If you find more than one profile with your name, note them down. They may need to be merged.
Step 3: Choose What You Want to Fix
You can do the following:
Add Missing Articles: If your published paper is not showing, you can submit the article title, DOI, and journal name.
Merge Duplicate Profiles: If your papers are split across multiple profiles, request to merge them.
Update Your Details: Correct your name, email, or current affiliation if needed.
Step 4: Submit the Request
Once done, submit the form. Scopus usually takes a few days to review and update your profile. You will get an email confirmation once it's completed.
