I found 2 same journals named: International Journal of Learning in Higher Education.
But it have different SJR 2022: 0.12 and 0.11.
One information give their homepage, but the other not.
One is indexed since 2014, but the other only view from 2022.
Which one is the correct one to submit my paper?
