Discontinued in 2020 by Scopus for ethics concerns as well. Imagine that! It was also added to an updated Beall list for hijacked journals by someone. Also, a conference purveyor seems to be using this journal to publish conference papers. 

In early 2021, we sent an email to the journal regarding their APC. No response of course.

The simple reason this journal is hijacked has to do with a single letter change in the new domain's URL. If you look at the old PDF for the real journal, you will note that magazine is spelled correctly. However, in the hijacked journal name the 'a' is missing. Please see below:
