Handbook comments: An author received an email from this journal soliciting submissions so one was sent concerning Thai mobile company research. Rejected within minutes of being sent. We guess mobile telecommunications networks are not considered as ‘industrial engineering’ or part of ‘management systems’. As least Korean Professor Chi-Hyuck Jun responds quickly.
