Journal Web Page Comments: Original
full-length research papers of between
6000-8000 words are welcomed. Longer articles will be considered depending on
the value of the research. Shorter articles in the form of conceptual research notes
or critical analysis of between 3000-4000 words will also be considered. The
research note must be topical with a strong focus on tourism and hospitality
research in Africa.
Handbook comments: In 2020 the new editor implemented a policy that the journal would
only take papers about African tourism. If you want to submit to them, they use
Harvard but give no specifics or links on which version of Harvard to use.
Online papers are of no help either due to a wide variation of styles in the
published papers. If your paper fits and has a topic about Africa, has decent English, and you follow their
guidelines, reasonably easy and inexpensive.
