JPA’s web page there is zero information about anything really. This is so common for Wiley journals. It is almost like they make an effort to create the worse academic journal websites in the world. Even after
creating an account to try and make a submission, the following screen capture
is all the detail one receives on April 27, 2021. This message has appeared for
at least 3 months. We think the word ‘temporary’ has been redefined by Wiley’s
ICT support staff….
