Handbook comments: Don’t let the name fool you, because this journal accepts a very broad range of social science type papers. Here is another example of the journal’s proposed scope and web pages not matching what is published. We also note the heavy influx of Chinese papers at the same time. However, in the December 2020 Scopus discontinued list, this journal was added. The list is long of Scopus indexed journals who make an attempt to become 'multi-disciplinary' and then are slammed to the floor by the Scopus CSAB for growing outside their original scope. We also guess all those Chinese doctoral candidates will have to find a new journal to publish in.
